Carlos E. Garcia founded Garcia Research Associates, Inc. in 1990 following 10 years of market research experience. GRA expanded into its current location near the Burbank Airport in 1993. Ted Dahl, formerly of ASI, joined GRA in 1995 and developed our joint copy-testing service, ASÍ Es with Ipsos-ASI. Ted has since retired and now serves as a consultant for the company. Mr. Garcia now runs GRA with the help of three Latino V.P.'s - Roy Kokoyachuk, Carlos Yañez and Angelica Gaxiola - and the C.F.O., Hermine F. Garcia. GRA has earned a solid reputation doing research for Fortune 500 companies as well as organizations involved in promoting the welfare of the Hispanic Community. The company, now in its 14th year of operation, has grown to 20 full-time and 80 part-time employees.
