The Community Health Foundation (CHF) is an independent, non-profit 501(c)3 organization that exists to improve the health and quality of life for people in Wright County. For more than 20 years we have invested in grass roots efforts and organizations that impact health. CHF is proud to focus on projects and programs that ask people to make 'small changes' to affect a 'big impact' on their lives.
