The Buchanan Engine Co is a fully Volunteer Fire Agency, located in Westchester County, NY. Our service area is 1 1/2 square miles within the boundaries of the Village of Buchanan within the Town of Cortlandt. There are 75 Active Members who man 6 apparatus. 2 Engines, 1 Rescue, and 2 Utility Vehicles. There are 3 Command Vehicles (Chief Cars) and 1 Marine Unit (Rescue Boat).
