Partners was created in 1996 by our founder, Robert Hoyt, who believed that there was a shortage of quality firms willing to stake much of their compensation on their success in helping their clients rebound from the brink of financial failure. The cornerstone of the Firm's practice is the extensive experience of its professionals. All of our senior practitioners have had professional training with prominent accounting and consulting firms combined with more than 20 years of practical management and/or advisory experience. They have held senior general management and financial positions with companies ranging from large international conglomerates to start-up ventures. Our senior practitioners have been active in strategy development, operations and capital- raising in a wide range of industries. They have been involved in every phase of corporate turnarounds from managing liquidity and developing revenue growth strategies to negotiation with capital sources critical to implementation of the renewal strategy. Their understanding of industry-specific issues quickly combines with our client's expertise to enable rapid implementation of action plans. Developed through many years of experience, our practitioners have the perspective and sensitivities to interact effectively with owners and senior management of clients to build a consensus for rapid implementation of tough decisions. Through our experience and credentials, we bring the necessary credibility to effectively drive the renewal program.
