RSE provides high quality, full-service environmental engineering and consulting services in the areas of environmental assessment, permitting and compliance, pollution prevention, air quality management, hazardous materials management, noise control, site investigation and remediation, and site location and development. A full compliment of integrating sound level monitoring systems and analytical software is used for fieldwork and noise reduction analysis. RSE also provides project development and total project management services including economic feasibility analysis and milestone scheduling. The company was founded by Charles F. Wallace, Jr., who has more than 35 years of professional experience in the environmental engineering field. The RSE staff has more than 60 years of related experience and has provided engineering and analysis services for more than 500 projects. RSE also networks with other high quality consulting firms to provide technical specialists as required for specific projects. With approximately 3,000 square feet of modern office space, RSE is fully equipped with both office and field support equipment. The office is supported by a series of high-speed, networked personal computers running the latest engineering, project management, and technical support software and other computer peripherals. RSE has a substantial technical library containing current research publications, engineering references, and environmental laws and regulations. RSE is on line, which provides additional research and communications capabilities. RSE also provides a conference room for project design review meetings and technical seminars. Clients include energy companies; utilities; paper, lumber, wood products, and electronics manufacturing; textile mills; waste disposal, treatment, and recycling facilities; food products industry; financial and commercial institutions; religious organizations; municipal and state agencies; and private individuals.
