CMAP serves residents of Coastal Georgia who are uninsured or underinsured. Approximately 24,000 people in Camden, Glynn and McIntosh Counties who do not have health insurance and thousands more underinsured individuals may be helped by CMAP programs. These folks are not on Medicaid or Medicare. They are usually working two or three jobs, and none of their employers offer health insurance. We also serve people who are retired, have worked all their lives but are not quite old enough for Medicare. These people are our friends, neighbors, relatives, and employees. They are the people who mow our lawns, wait on our tables, and look just like us. In other words, CMAP serves our community.
