Brundidge, Ala.-based Southern Classic, a privately held company, manufactures dressings, mayonnaise, vinegars, sauces and syrups. The Ogden expansion will initially be in a 75,000 square foot leased facility and is needed to service a major client requiring 40 million pounds of product a year in the western U.S.
