salad wheel is a boutique market cafe offering fresh food and beverages daily. it is located in a modern rustic farmhouse setting with exposed brick walls and contemporary trimmings such as custom artisan furnishing, an ambient reading room and natural light dining area made of reclaimed wood, surrounded by bright colors and fragrances of seasonal produce. sw will serve a creation of specially designed salads and sandwiches, as well as baked and prepared in-house organic food recipes. sw team has also created the perfect menu of killer smoothies, shakes, cold-pressed juices, fresh and blended coffee drinks. we are located at 9 jefferson street in east williamsburg, brooklyn in the metro trifecta of brooklyn's fastest trend-setting communities, bushwick, williamsburg and bedstuy. this multi-cultural and very fast paced intersection is the life blood and soul of residences, foodies and travelers from all over the world who make it their starting point and home to discover the very best of brooklyn which often 5starts right at the corner of broadway and myrtle. thanks to those who offered their support in the short time we made our presence on ks. fortunately we were successful outside the digital arena and gained funding through further hardwork, personal and angel investment as well as friends and family. you can find us open this fall at 9 jefferson st in our beautifully decorated urban rustic farmhouse designed by the sw team. we look forward to you enjoying our finely tuned gourmet menu with signature rustic salad and sandwiches as well our rich menu of organic and vegan raw juices, prepared foods and delicious pastries. eat good food daily
