For nearly a decade, Rubenstein's Ruby Business Platform software has provided these services to dozens of clients in a variety of industries. We are a small software firm with an established client base, a proven software product, and several new, vertically-oriented products to be released later this year. Rubenstein Technology Group is seeking a sales and business development professional to bring the benefits of our software to more small- and medium-sized businesses. The right candidate will possess a burning desire to work with a small, cutting-edge technology firm to push themselves to the limits to make a significant impact on our clients and the future of our firm. As the primary sales executive for our firm, your responsibilities will include:Leading the sales of our new products Developing an understanding of our technology and knowledge of new industry developments Prospecting, identifying, and closing new business contracts Building and maintaining client relationships Reporting on sales progress and attainment of goals Attending area networking events and trade shows The successful candidate will possess the following:4 - 7 years experience selling technology solutions to small- and medium-sized (SMB) businesses Existing clients and experience prospecting for new clients in one or more of the following industries: legal, financial, online publishing, and creative/advertising (graphic design, marketing, public relations, advertising) Ability to build a pipeline and diligently work through that pipeline Interest in establishing a sales process and growing into a sales management role by growing a team of sales representatives over the next 6 - 12 months Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience with creating and giving sales presentations online and using a sales management/CRM system Experience selling to small business professionals (attorneys, accountants, entrepreneurs) Compensation:Competitive base salary and commission plus full benefits, a great incentive plan, and strong growth opportunities.Contact info:Please send your resume in Word or PDF format via e-mail to jobs-0706@rubensteintech.com.
