SCSA Diagnostics, Inc.'s team of scientists invented and patented the Sperm Chromatin Structure Assay (SCSA) test and have over 30 years of experience studying how disease, environmental toxicants and age affect chromatin (DNA and protein) structure and function. In the past 25 years, this work has focused almost exclusively on the relationship between sperm DNA fragmentation, male factor sub/infertility and failed pregnancies as well as the etiology of DNA damage. Sperm DNA fragmentation continues to be an exciting area of research to both clinicians and infertility patients.
