Morin Automation has designed automation equipment for a variety of companies locally and internationally. Morin Flexo Printing Technologies develops flexographic printers for both continuous and cyclical machines, for the form, fill and seal packaging industries. In addition, we design and build custom ink jet printers. Our newest generation of flexographic printers FlexoOneÔ are FDA compliant to meet all barcoding and data matrix labeing requirements. FlexoOneÔ is able to do this using existing label footprints and can print down to a font size of point 2. Headquartered in Bristol, CT, Morin Automation and Morin Flexo Printing Technologies were founded in 1992 by Philip K. Morin. In 1969, Philip K. Morin, president of Morin Automation served his apprenticeship in machine repair with Whitney Chain, a Hartford, CT company. He worked his way to machine building and in 1983 became general foreman. His background prepared him for working as a machine builder for Johnson & Johnson Medical. In 1992, he founded Morin Automation and Morin Flexo Printing Technologies.
