In 1995, it was bought by Ariens Company, and Daniel Ariens took over as president. In 1998, he turned over the Stens presidency to his brother, Peter Ariens, who continues to run the business in Indiana. The Ariens Service Center (ASC) for dealers will allow Ariens dealers to partner with non-servicing retailers for increased servicing opportunities.
