W.E.C. Engineers, Inc. provided engineering services to develop a stormwater management ordinance and a watershed map for one of the largest Boroughs in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.. W.E.C. analyzed the storm sewer system by watershed to develop the ordinance that was enacted. W.E.C. also analyzed the existing storm sewer system and prepared plans and specifications for the rehabilitation of the system to alleviate flooding and provided construction observation and inspection services during construction. W.E.C. Engineers, Inc. also provides engineering plan reviews for all developments in the Borough. The work includes reviews of hydraulic and hydrology reports for flood plain changes and wetland mitigation. In addition to the typical plan review procedure, W.E.C. provides inspection services to the township for all developer-related work.
