Neste Event Marketing has over 20 years of experience in booking entertainment for fairs of all sizes across the country. We understand that each fair audience is unique and requires good knowledge of the marketplace to assist the Fair in determining which entertainers will excite both the fair-goers and the media in order to make the shows successful. As a turn-key company, Neste Event Marketing, will meet with the Fair Board and/or key personnel to determine a wish-list for talent. Pricing and recommendations will be passed on to the Fair personnel in a timely matter and offers will be submitted far enough in advance to recieve confirmations in time to coordinate witht the Fair's overall marketing efforts. Neste Event Marketing will handle the contracts and provide the originals with suggested revisions to the Fair for review. We can assit with making production arrangements - staging, sound, lighting, roofs, backline - as well as provide you with an experienced on-site producer to handle all the details on tha day-of-show, thus allowing you the time to focus on the other aspects of the Fair. Our strong relationships with the major agencies, artists and management companies afford our clients insight to the "straight story" and offers real-time answers on offers submitted. Our priority is to the client. Neste Event Marketing's publicity staff will provide the Fair with all the elements necessary to market the show.
