We have a motto, PROUD OF OUR PAST, PLANNING FOR OUR FUTURE.Breese was named after Sidney Breese, one of the longest serving Chief Justices of the Illinois Supreme Court. The Breese Historical Park, the renovated Avon Theater, our churches, and our schools point to that PRIDE IN OUR PAST.
