Stevens & Associates is a multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm specializing in the design & development of livable communities. Our staff includes civil engineers, landscape architects, and planners. We work for a range of public and private institutions, corporations, and municipalities. From non-profit housing developers to regional planning commissions, our clients have one thing in common - the desire to create built environments that promote economic, environmental and community vitality. Our projects have included senior and affordable housing communities, parking studies, traffic calming studies, multi-modal transportation centers, and institutional master plans, among others. Our offices are located in Building 5 of the historic Estey Organ factory complex in Brattleboro , Vermont .
