Crossgates River Oaks Hospital is a community-oriented hospital that takes pride in giving patients the highest quality, personalized care right in our own neighborhood. Since we opened 38 years ago, the demand for high-tech healthcare has increased and we are continually growing to meet these needs.
Our staff consists of an impressive array of over 500 healthcare professionals and physicians including specialists in the areas of general surgery, orthopedics, internal medicine, pediatrics, family medicine, ophthalmology, radiology, plastic surgery, podiatry and neurosurgery. The expertise of our physicians is enhanced by our expansive range of services.
Our 149-bed hospital is easily accessible from Interstate 20 or Highway 80. Crossgates River Oaks Hospital offers a wide range of diagnostic, surgical and therapeutic services; includes a 14-bed senior care program (geriatric psychiatry), state-of-the-art ambulatory care center, rehab and sports medicine and we are proud to be the home of the State of Mississippi's only inpatient Burn Center. The hospital is a fully designated Level IV Trauma Center and in our Emergency Department you see a Nurse First.
