In September 2005, Commonwealth Brands became the exclusive distributor of Bali Roll-Your-Own (RYO) and McClintock Make-Your-Own (MYO) products in the United States. Bali and McClintock are manufactured by Peter Stokkebye Tobaksfabrik A/S in Denmark. The expansion into the RYO/MYO segment is a logical extension to complement our cigarette brands. Bali was initially marketed in 1932 in Denmark and introduced in the United States in 1998. McClintock was developed in 1998 solely for the North American market. We were the first tobacco products manufacturer that chose to join the Master Settlement Agreement with the states without having been sued by any state. We comply with the restrictions on marketing and advertising products contained in the Master Settlement Agreement, including the MSA's prohibition on marketing to youth smokers. Commonwealth Brands is a wholly owned subsidiary of CBHC, Inc. which is a qualified subchapter S subsidiary of Houchens Industries, Inc.
