The firm subscribes to Lexis-Nexis, a national legal database, that contains the full text of all Massachusetts appellate and trial court decisions, Massachusetts General Laws and the complete Code of Massachusetts Regulations as well as all cases and statutes, state and federal, nationwide, as well as many other legal databases. We are able to access these legal databases from our desktop without any cost to our clients. We also subscribe to WestLaw , a subscription legal database and Data Base Technologies, a nationwide database containing background information on individuals and businesses. Our attorneys are involved in state and national bar associations, as well as defense oriented legal groups including the Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel, the Defense Research Institute and the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association.
