The firm was organized on January 1, 2000 with offices in New York and Boston. Since that time, we have opened offices in Chicago, Tampa and most recently Houston. Though the name is new, the New York and Boston offices were in place and operating since 1984. The senior partners, former partners in a large international C.P.A . firm, have in excess of 25 years of experience indiviually. Between our offices, the firm provides efficient and prompt service throughout the United States and the international communities. Our senior partners, Louis D. Magnan and Bruno J. Graizzaro, formed the firm that is operating today. Additional partners, principals and associates joined the firm, each adding their own experience and contributions to what we believe is collectively a wealth of talent. We strive to specifically service the insurance and litigation communities. Therefore, we do not disappear during tax season and are not crippled with year-end tax or audit commitments. We remain available to our existing and new clients year round. It is our goal to continue to mature our client relationships gaining a better understanding of our clients professional needs. It is then, when the lines of communication are open, that we are able to best service our clients needs. Our clients include insurance companies, other insurers, law firms, corporations, and associations. Many of our clients have been such for up to fifteen years and more, illustrating that our philosophy and objectives match those of our clients. We are familiar with both domestic and international accounting business practices, having worked throughout North America, Asia, the Caribbean, South America, Europe, Middle East, and Australia.
