We are not headhunters; we are strategic partners. Our clients rely on us for access to the best talent in the marketplace. Our clients are a combination of General Contractors, Prime Sub-Contractors, Owners and Institutions. We typically work with the owner, president, and/or senior management team. Companies who retain us to find talent for them may have revenues anywhere between $2 million and $2 billion; some higher, some lower. Regardless, they all receive the same level of excellent service from us - 100%. The candidates we work with are bright, savvy, construction professionals. We work tirelessly on building and updating a network of the top talent in the country. We strive to meet all candidates in person and it is our policy not to work with any client we haven�t met.
