The American Schools of Oriental Research is an academic non-profit organization that fosters archaeological research in the Near East. ASOR publishes three scholarly journals (Near Eastern Archaeology, the Bulletin of ASOR, and the Journal of Cuneiform Studies) and two book series (the Annual of ASOR, and the Archaeological Reports Series.)
