SystemsÔ has an immediate opening in our Boston headquarters office for a Technical Support Manager to join our growing team. Primary responsibilities include: Provide tier two support to our rapidly expanding Partner Channel. Implement a low touch, high reach support program that fully utilizes Blogs, Forums and online communities to support our Partner Channel across our software platform. The successful candidate will have experience building and operating a Technical Support Program with a focus on leveraging the internet to extend the reach and scalability of the program.
