We can use an existing plan or work with your architect, or we can make referrals to designers or offer in-house design options. We focus on enhancing the character of our mountain communities by combining art and nature and being environmentally sensitive. We are implementing various facets of green building, including Super-Insulated homes and recycling building materials, etc. As NAHB Certified Green Professionals, we have the experience, knowledge and resources to advise our clients on how to make their homes environmentally sensitive. We have Unlimited Residential Builder's Licenses in both North Carolina and Tennessee and have built in such prestigious local communities as Grandfather Golf & Country Club, Tynecastle, Blowing Rock, Linville, Jefferson Landing, Lake James, Mountain City, and scattered sites throughout the High Country and Foothills. We have been fortunate to be able to work for architects, building their personal homes. In a second-home market, we have also built homes for several builders who are not from the mountains of Western North Carolina. Some of those builders we have worked with have been concerned about (1) working with local subcontractors, (2) building on complex sites, or (3) types of home construction they are not familiar with, such as building log, timber frame or hybrid homes. Although we have worked on more than 300 projects in over 25 years, our goal remains the same: a sense of pride in a quality home built to our clients' satisfaction.
