Elder Care Services (ECS) is a private non-profit corporation, licensed by the State of Florida as a charitable organization and is exempt from federal income tax under the provisions of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The mission of ECS is to improve the quality of life for seniors in Leon and the surrounding counties, allowing them to remain at home with dignity.
