Heart Haven OutReach ("H2O") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Bolingbrook, Illinois, that provides support and mentoring to local high school age teens. Since opening in 2005, H2O has reached over 1,200 youth with its positive message of hope amidst life’s challenges.
