Mental health is important for everyone. It affects everything we do, say, think, and feel. In many ways, it is just as important as physical health. Our mental health has direct effects on every aspect of our daily lives; including work, relationships, and even sleep. Unfortunately, mental health problems can be an immense obstacle to all facets of our daily lives as well. Whether it be depression, anxiety, ADHD, Schizophrenia, substance use, or other mental health conditions, they can have detrimental effects on our quality of life.
