Training programs range in length from two hour, modular sessions to full day or multiple day workshops. For smaller organizations that struggle with getting employees to training for full-day programs, a solution is a customized, modular learning track. A modular learning track enables leaders to schedule employees in two to four-hour modular segments, several weeks and/or months in a row. This approach minimizes the scheduling headaches and losses to productivity while still accomplishing employee development objectives. Training can be conducted either on-site at client facilities, at nearby meeting space, or at the RPC headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida.
