Our team is lead by Bob Beaver. Bob has over 30 years of successful experience in executive search and its related industries. He spent the last 18 years as Vice President with Executive Manning Corporation, a Fort Lauderdale, Florida, based retained executive search firm. While with them he conducted searches for a variety of industries and non-profit organizations located throughout the continental United States as well as internationally. Clients were primarily but not exclusively in high-tech industries such as Manufacturing, Telecom, aerospace and Biotech. Prior to Executive Manning Corporation, Bob spent 12 years working for Bennett-Hill & Associates, a minority owned executive search firm, based in Cleveland, OH and Naples, FL. Bob started his career in the search business with Sales Consultants, a Cleveland, OH, based employment agency. This diverse background of experiences enables Bob, to be very objective and selective when conducting searches that may be a little different than most searches.
