Eyes on the Bay was established in 1990 at its current location, headed by Dr. Neil G. Elliot, a board-certified optometrist who has resided in the Boca Raton area since 1985. Dr. Elliot is a graduate of Boston University and The New England College of Optometry in 1981. Dr. Arthur Weinwurm is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton and also The New England College of Optometry in 1980. Along with our dedicated staff, our goal remains the same as it has been since the day we opened: to provide quality service to all of our clients.
