Bob Melvin, Carol Stewart and Randy Wojcik are among the top producers in the area with a well established and significant client base. Bob and Carol have extensive experience with multi-million dollar estate sales, condominiums, townhomes, commercial and beach and bayfront land sales. Randy established himself in Boca Grande real estate sales starting in 1986, including 10 years of sales experience exclusively within the CSX community of Boca Bay. Carol Lockett's vast experience in sales includes four years in the Boca Bay community. In addition, she has established herself as one of the top rental managers in Boca Grande with a large portfolio of some of the finest rental properties on the island.
