The Georgia Public Safety Training Center in Columbia/Richmond counties conducts the Basic Police Officer Training program, the Basic Jail Officer Training program, and selected advanced and specialized training courses. Due to staffing limitations, classes are held at GPSTC Columbia/Richmond on an as-needed basis. If you are interested in attending GPSTC Columbia/Richmond, please contact the academy manager.
