PDS Engineering & Construction, Inc. was established in September 1965 under the name Pre-Designed Structures, as a construction steel supplier and general construction company. Its founder Guy Jodice, an earlier adopter of technology, saw the opportunity to serve its industrial and commercial customers by offering construction solutions through the developing pre-engineered building products market. PDS Engineering & Construction, Inc. is now in its second generation with direct family management involvement. Following the company roots of an engineering company performing complex construction projects, the company is now owned by Ronald E. Jodice ( BS Chem.
