We could have written an amusing tale as most Franchises do; one about Grandma's secret recipes and old college roommates... but the truth seemed better to us; and we are NOT a Franchise. We have been in the food business for over 50 years and we know what we find appealing and what we don't. So, we sat down and listed the things that we really liked, over the years. We then created an atmosphere that is both comfortable, and puts you in the center of all that is happening. Then, we worked to make our food absolutely a cut above the rest, and we hope we have, for you, something "special." Let me quickly explain! We do almost all our food fresh, with local ingredients. We only buy the best quality we can find. We hand cut, hand patty, and use only fresh baked rolls daily Our soups, our sauces, our wings, our fries, our rings, our chips, our dips are all done by hand: FRESH. Just to name a few! Our Beers are selected from some of the best Brewers in the Country and around the World, and we have all your favorite National Brands. But if you sample a few, you will find a Boutique little Brand that you will fall in love with. Served at perfect temperature in a state of the art dispenser.
