Richmond, VA: Draper Aden Associates raised $11,000 for the Central Virginia Foodbank with their 4th Annual Client Outing and Fundraiser Golf Tournament held in Farmville, Virginia on October 2. This year's tournament with 47 sponsors and 120 golfers, held at The Manor Golf Club, turned out to be the most successful yet. "Our purpose in holding this tournament is to thank our clients for their patronage and support an extremely worthy cause," said Fred Pribble, Vice President and Utilities Engineering Division Manager for Draper Aden Associates. "I can't think of a better organization to support than The Central Virginia Foodbank. The money we provided this year will be able to provide 55,000 meals." The Central Virginia Foodbank, is a non-profit organization, founded in 1980, that procures and distributes food to feeding programs in central Virginia with a service area including 31 counties and five cities. Food is distributed through a network of more than 500 partner agencies.
