Rough Rider Industries works to successfully transition inmates back into society. Its mission is to provide the appropriate educational, vocational, employment skills and training opportunities for offenders to reenter the community successfully and reducing recidivism. They do not employ inmates to build products. Instead, they build products to employ inmates.
