Holly Beck Surveying was established in late 2003 and became certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) by the North Dakota Department of Transportation in March 2004. In October 2004, our firm became incorporated as Holly Beck Surveying & Engineering, LLC. With the addition of John Oss, PE we carry a Certificate of Authorization from the ND Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors to practice engineering and surveying in the State of North Dakota.
