¨ As a part of CATC's system upgrade, we now offer calling features that are technologically up to date. CATC offers Caller ID, Call Waiting, Voice Mail, and many other enhanced features. ¨ CATC places priority on specialty training and programs to enhance employee ability to use new technology and perform complex repairs such as fiber optic splicing and computer related services. ¨ CATC continues to make government easily accessible to our customers by providing toll free calling to the Hot Spring County Courthouse. Based upon customer requests, CATC has expanded toll free service to include all county offices. ¨ In order to better serve our customers, CATC joined with a group of small telephone companies in Arkansas to develop a Rural Saver Long Distance Plan to better serve members. ¨ CATC monitors and participates in regulatory issues and court forums to protect the interests of our customers at both the state and federal levels of government. ¨ While moving toward state of the art facilities and financial stability, CATC has also focused on returning part of the gains to our customers. Since 1997, CATC has returned over $550, 000.00 to members and member's families in the form Capital Credits. ¨ CATC now provides ADSL to improve internet and data transmission for customers in most areas of service. ¨ CATC will continue to place customer service first, with strength and reliability as our goal. ¨ CATC has aggressively moved to improve service, treat customers fairly, while at the same time ensuring financial stability. CATC looks forward to continued quality customer service for many years to come.
