Service Locator was first offered as a PC based software package then shortly after an IBM A/S 400 version was developed. In 1999, the Service Locator Internet version was added. NATC introduced the FTS Fuel Card Program in 1996 as a means for the smaller fleets to have many of the benefits enjoyed by larger fleets such as low transaction fees and a focused fuel purchase network offering discounts. The Truck Stop Management Program was launched in 2000. The Truck Stop Management Program is a comprehensive Internet based program for managing truck stop sales and profitability. NATC's Internet based Fuel Purchase Management product was unveiled in 2001.
