American Family Care owns and operates medical centers throughout Alabama. The company was founded in 1982 by Dr. Bruce Irwin who is the Chief Executive Officer and Medical Director. We enjoy the independence of not being affiliated with or owned by a hospital. We employ 35 primary care and specialty physicians.
