Sales and Marketing Search was founded in 1992 to serve emerging companies with top-notch sales and marketing talent. Since that time we have worked with hundreds of companies of all sizes, technologies and products in eastern Massachusetts and nationwide. Some have grown considerably in size and stature, some have remained the same size, and some (frankly) have gone out of business. We have noticed and come to believe firmly that the one thing that separates those companies which become successful and those which don't are THE PEOPLE WHO ARE IN THEM.
