Wills & Associates is a public relations firm with offices in Baltimore and Bethesda, Maryland. The firm was founded by George Wills in 1978 with the mission of combining the personalized attention, expertise, and reasonable cost of a smaller firm with the broad range of services and wide scope of influence of a much larger firm. George had previously served as a vice president of the DC office of PR giant Hill & Knowlton, and was also the director of public relations for The Johns Hopkins University, under JHU President Milton Eisenhower. In the last dozen years, under president and COO Brad Wills, the firm has developed a specialty in working with technology businesses in particular. The firm's technology practice has matured right along with the technologies themselves, beginning when the Internet and wireless revolutions were in their infancy.
