We are construction program managers and management consultants. We apply our comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry, the regulations embodied in the FARs and small business operations to assist public agencies and private sector firms in meeting the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) participation goals/targets in their construction programs. Our staff consists of experienced construction specialists, EEO practitioners, lawyers, public engagement specialists, information technology specialists, small business trainers and engineers. Over the past 18 years, we have consulted with several transit agencies, school districts, housing authorities, airport authorities, city and local government agencies, large architectural and engineering firms in executing their construction programs across the United States. CCI's corporate office is located in Bethesda, Maryland. We have full service offices in Newark, New Jersey, Harrisburg and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Atlanta, Georgia and Charlotte, North Carolina.
