Founder Donna J. Malinak first established Forward Mobility in 1984 as an independent, management consulting firm offering comprehensive and personalized services in support of relocating families and corporate relocation managers. For over 18 years, we've always kept one thought before us: that relocation and real estate are two separate and distinct industries, each requiring careful management. Through our understanding of these different but related processes was born a knowledge-based business blueprint widely valued for its versatility and effectiveness. We provide service to large, established Fortune 500 companies and small, fast-growing ones, domestically and internationally, for individual and group moves. We've spent years developing an outstanding national network of trained realtors, our own group of hand-selected and credentialed counselors, and individually formed networks of recruiters, counselors and volunteer family mentors to address every aspect of moving and settling-in. Unlike other companies that grow their business from a "quantity of work" perspective, we're growing ours from a "quality of work" position. All TheMIGroup Forward Mobility Services counselors carry small caseloads.
