Presidential Pest Control was established in early 1987. While the planning, development, and marketing strategy began in February of 1987, the actual licensing and inception of the company and partnership was not until May of 1987. The two partners combined extensive experience in the sales, technical and the financial fields to form what has proved to be a solid and cohesive team. One partner brought to the company many years of experience in the pest control industry, over 25 years of experience in the use of pesticides, in the private and corporate sectors, and several years experience in sales. His immediate previous experience was in real estate where he personally directed the opening and development of a regional office. His many years of experience in pest control were prior to this and were with Abelene Pest Control, now operating as Orkin Pest Control out of Burlington, Vermont. The other Partner brought to the company extensive education and experience in the financial field. In his 15 years with Blue Cross of Massachusetts he functioned in several management posistions, most in the financial and actuarial areas of that corporation. Subsequent to that he owned and operated a small resort containing a motel, pub and restaurant for four seasons. He completed his higher education at Northeastern with a major in Accounting and Finance and a minor in Business Management. The experience and education of the two partners combined to what has proven to be a strong, sound team and a very successful company. When the company was started, the name was developed with the initial slogan that "We Circle the Presidential Range With Service" With the expansion over six years of service the slogan was changed to "Local People Helping Local People." Nationwide people will admit that they prefer to deal locally. We have strategically aquired excellent technicians throughout New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine and guaranty same day response in all areas we service. What was initially started as a local company has now become regional throughout New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine and is well known Nationally.
