We use our expertise in psychometrics - the specialized discipline of psychological testing and measurement - to deliver a wealth of objective, reliable, and easy to understand data that can be utilized in a variety of ways to effect positive change within the organization. The company was founded in 1994 by Dr. Dale S. Rose and Dr. Michaela Parks. Psychologists with extensive experience in applied research and assessment, both have taught at the college level, and have published articles in peer-reviewed academic journals. Today, Dr. Rose and Dr. Parks are still actively involved in the day-to-day management of 3D Group.
