The Marshall County Chamber of Commerce is the business community working together. It is the central agency that unites the forces of the community for its improvement and development. Its overall objective is to ensure progressive and orderly economic development, in order to make the community a better place in which to work and live. The chamber's strength lies in its membership, enabling them to accomplish collectively what no one could do individually. It is a voluntary organization of individuals and businesses who band together to advance the commercial, financial, industrial and civic interests of a community. The Marshall County Chamber of Commerce represents and promotes the area's economy, and encourages business and individual investment, which broadens the tax base and provides additional employment. As the "FRONT DOOR" of the community, the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce welcomes business prospects, newcomers, visitors and all others making inquiry of the community. It maintains a library of directories, reports, surveys, maps, tourist and travel folders, community functions and events.
