Founded in 2000, LandPeople has become established as a premiere firm in open space, trails, parks and protecting or enhancing the built environment. Our Benicia location allows efficient access to sites throughout northern California and helps us maintain low overhead, so we can devote more time to our projects. As of September 2008, Landpeople has joined with Alta Planning + Design.
