(S.E.I.) is a full service pipeline construction contractor serving the Upper Midwest with corporate offices in Bemidji, Minnesota and an equipment yard and unmanned field office in Garner, Iowa. We build and maintain cross-country pipelines, do horizontal boring, hydrostatic testing, as well as station work. In addition to our pipeline construction services we can provide a majority of your pipeline maintenance tasks including corrosion repair, R.O.W. clearing & brushing, pipeline repair, and EFM installation & maintenance. We have subcontractors that specialize in sandblasting & painting of pipeline facilities, facility fencing, and pipeline station electrical services.
