Bell Contractors, Inc. is a utility construction company that was founded in 1977 by Sam Pilkington. We take great pride in the quality of our work. We specialize in underground utility construction including waterline, sanitary sewer, storm drain and gas. We also have a crew that does rehabilitation of sanitary sewer lines using the pipe bursting method and manhole rehabilitation utilizing spray in liners. We occasionally team-up with site contractors to bid turnkey on site work (Subdivisions, Schools, Shopping Centers, Industrial Plants, etc.).
